About Us
Faith is a survivor of domestic violence and sexual abuse. She was born into the home of an Independent Baptist Pastor, the sixth of nine children and only daughter. She accepted Christ as her personal Lord and Savior when she was five years old. She graduated from Corning Community College and Practical Bible Training School. She and Dale have five children and two grandsons.
Dale grew up in a home where both of his parents were Christians. He graduated from Practical Bible Training School and has been serving God in the pastoral ministry since 1983. He is currently pastoring the Curtis Baptist Bible Church in Campbell, NY
Dale and Faith are cofounders of Speaking Truth in Love ministries and work together to educate and provide guidance in dealing with the issues of abuse.

Dale & Faith have been serving in ministry together for the past 26 years. Faith is a survivor of sexual abuse. Both graduated from Davis College (Formerly Practical Bible College) in Johnson City, NY They have five children who have been home schooled by Faith. They are also proud grandparents of two boys. They are passionate about making a difference through educating community organizations on how to deal with the difficult issues of abuse when they occur.
Dorothy “Dot” Thomas: Corning, Inc — Employee
Dot is a survivor of sexual and domestic abuse and offers expert advise and volunteer services in administrative duties and planning and setting up conference events.

Sandy Griffin, Inspirational speaker, life coach and author. Sandy encourages people to celebrate their uniqueness and to share their gifts with the world. Sandy’s example and teachings have inspired tens of thousands to take back their lives and find the fulfillment that they deserve. As she so genuinely states, “I just want everyone to love themselves!” And she is teaching them exactly how to do that!
Kathleen Sullivan, MSW, holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan with 2 years of advanced training in treating survivors of trauma, post traumatic stress disorder, and panic and anxiety disorders. She has been a private practice therapist for 18 years, specializing in treating survivors, and providing counseling for court referred domestic violence offenders.
Jacquie Skog has an M.A. in Counseling and Psychological Services and is a counselor and teacher at Northland Counseling Services, Inc in Roseville and the North Heights Lutheran Church Counseling Clinic. The focus of her teaching and counseling is to help individuals and couples find emotional healing and spiritual growth while in treatment for the hurt and pain resulting from past experiences with the resulting from trauma, abuse, addictions and unresolved conflicts in relationships. As the author and facilitator of Peace and Safety in Your Heart and Home, a domestic violence treatment and prevention program, she conducts individual and group sessions with a goal to help participants identify and heal painful emotions with compassion and self awareness.
Aleta Nichols director of Living Free Ministry at James River Assembly in Ozark, MO and has seen many lives changed in her ministry.
Patrick & Suzanne Crough founders of non profit organization Millstone Justice. Patrick is a retired police detective from upstate New York and author of the book “Serpents Among Us”. Suzanne is a nurse. They work together to provide education to parents and caregivers on how to protect and train your children from predators.
Sandy Peterham a victorious survivor of abuse is dedicated to helping others in their healing journey. She is a dedicated volunteer providing encouragement and support. Her background of working in nursing and volunteering along with her spiritual gift of mercy makes her a welcome addition to our team.
